About the Quiz on Indian Constitution
This quiz will help in familiarizing children with the history of our Constitution making and the eminent people involved in its making. It will help in preparing our future generations, committed to Constitutional values and nurture democracy as envisioned by the Constitution makers of our country. The quiz also attempts to encourage the children to engage creatively in many more activities to under stand the significance of Constitution Day. Moreover, it will also help children understanding that our Constitution is a dynamic document which they can relate to from different context of their lived lives.

Terms and Conditions of Quiz on Indian Constitution
This Quiz is being administered by NCERT using the DIKSHA platform:
1. Participants in the quiz must be students.
2. A student can participate in the quiz without filling in personal information which will be presented to you. If you are a student ensure you have the consent of parent/guardian to participate in this Quiz.
3. As a parent/guardian of the student, you can provide the personal information presented in the next slide and by providing the information you consent to the information being used in the manner described below.
4. By providing your mobile number and email ID as a parent/guardian you con firm that NCERT can communicate with you using your email ID and mobile number provided by you for the purpose specified below.
Purpose of collecting Participant Information:
NCERT is collecting Participant Information and contact information in order to identify, verify and award students who are deemed as winners /runner's up / consolation prize (as applicable) by NCERT and for any other matters related to the Quiz. The Participant Information will be used only for this purpose, will be stored securely and will be deleted from the NCERT database/ DIKSHA platform once the award winners of the Quiz have been declared.

Participant Information is only available with NCERT for the purpose specified here.
Instructions for the Quiz
1. The Quiz questions are designed carefully to assess the knowledge and under standing about Constitution of India from classes 6 to 8, 9 to 10 and 11 to 12. 2. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple Choice Format and with only one correct answer.
3. Each Question carries 1 mark. Students are required to attempt as many ques tions within 20 minutes.
4. The Quiz questions are prepared in both Hindi and English. You may select one medium for answering.
5. You are allowed to attempt the Quiz only once, only the first attempt will be valid. You may revise your answer before final submission within 20 minutes duration.
6. After responding to a question, click on the "Next Question" button to go to the next question.
7. No negative marking will be done.
8. After attempting questions, final submission should be clicked. No changes can be made after the final submission.
9. The quiz will be open from 14th April onwards.
10. For logging into quiz, the participants have to register on DIKSHA portal to take part in the quiz. In details, please provide information like your name, class, date of birth, gender, school name, mobile number (yours parents/guardian) and school's name.
11. For learners with visual impairment there is a audio version of all the questions in both the mediums i.e English and Hindi.
12. Each child will get certificate of participation.
13. Answer keys will be published after the closure of the Quiz
14. Visually impaired participants may take assistance from someone to take the quiz.
Note: Decision of NCERT, New Delhi will be final in all Quiz related matters.
